About ZellasCareers

The driving force behind ZellasCareers is Norisca, a former nurse who pivoted into Project Management and has since delivered impactful work across both public and private sector projects.

With a deep-rooted passion for creating value, making an impact, and helping others along the way, Norisca saw first-hand how difficult it can be to access entry-level project roles, especially for career switchers. Despite having both practical experience and a strong academic foundation including an MSc in Project Management from the University of Westminster and AgilePM certification, it was difficult to obtain that first project role.

A different type of inclusion

What became clear was this, while many companies speak about DEI, they often overlook those who want to pivot. These are individuals with transferable skills, untapped potential, and a hunger to grow. However, the barrier to entry is unnecessarily high.

ZellasCareers was born out of the frustration of that experience and a strong desire to make the transition easier for others.
